SHIFT LEAD

A shift lead is an individual who continually looks for opportunities to learn and improve themselves and the store, whilst upholding company standards. Shift leads must lead by example and be able to have professional interactions with customers and workers.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 4 shifts/week

  • Previous employment experience preferred

  • Excellent communication & adaptation skills

A team member at Kris and Kates Ice Cream consistently shines in terms of work ethics and customer service.
